Representatives meeting 2022
On 7-10 September the long-awaited meeting of representatives took place in the Thermal Hotel in Karlovy Vary. Seventy-five people from 29 countries attended. Others joined online via a zoom meeting. The meeting’s main section took place in the Congress Hall, which annually hosts the famous Karlovy Vary International Film Festival. The conference saw many inspiring presentations describing experiences from local markets, interesting projects and case studies, as well as the problems faced by the representatives. There were also humorous inserts, especially from “old familiar tigers”.The first day came to a close with a gala dinner in the Moser Lounge, during which the Prihoda Awards Ceremony took place. The winners of 4 categories received original glass awards and a sightseeing ride around Karlovy Vary in a carriage. Congratulations once again. The visit to the Becherovka Museum, the walks around Karlovy Vary’s historical centre and the final dinner provided further opportunities for interaction and exchange between participants from various parts of the world. We feel the meeting was a great success and it filled us with much-needed energy for the hard work ahead in the coming months.
