Delhaize Supermarket, Belgium

Delhaize Le Lion is an international food retailer under the umbrella of Koninklijke Ahold Delhaize N.V. and operates in eleven countries on three continents. The company’s supermarkets in Belgium originally contained perforated sheet metal ducts. Our distributors from Prihoda NV introduced the advantages of our fabric ducting solutions to the company and it subsequently agreed to buy our products. Prihoda installed membrane diffusers for efficient switching between cooling and heating modes, ensuring that customers and employees enjoy pleasant temperatures in summer and warmth in winter. The customer wanted an environmentally friendly solution and therefore opted for our recycled PMSre fabric. We customised the system’s appearance to be invisible to customers, and with no risk of condensation, the system has many advantages over the original solution. The customer is very happy and wants to use our solutions in all their new shops in Belgium.
