Bespak Clean Room, King’s Lynn, UK

Bespak is a leading manufacturer of a range of medical drug delivery devices, including inhalers, injectable systems, valves, actuators and many other medical components. Some of the most widely used medical devices are designed and manufactured at their facilities in King’s Lynn, Norfolk. Having expanded their premises, Bespak needed a ventilation solution suitable for the stringent requirements of their cleanrooms. Our decades of experience designing fabric diffusers for cleanrooms and medical and pharmaceutical applications made Prihoda’s fabric ducts an ideal choice in fulfilling the company’s needs. Because the facility has low ceilings and contains sensitive equipment, Prihoda designed the ducts to diffuse air through micro-perforations. The diffusers were also shaped into segments and attached directly to the ceiling, creating a slimmer profile which conformed to the dimensions of the rooms. These ducts were made from a premium antibacterial material. Like all Prihoda fabric ducts, and especially important in this project, the fabric diffusers were cleanroom compatible and certified to comply with ISO 14644-1 (class ISO 4).
