We supplied an air distribution system for the fresh meat centre of the famous Korean food processing company Dodram. The customer’s requirement was uniform temperature throughout the whole room, especially between the meat units, which are stored close to each other. Small nozzles with 30 mm diameters were selected as the most suitable air distribution pattern to create a homogenous temperature profile supplied by cold air at high velocity combined with ambient air.
