Prihoda at GYM NATION, Czechia

A good gym is more than just weights and machines. At the new GYM NATION in Brno, even the airflow plays a role in how the space feels. That’s where we come in. At Prihoda, we designed a custom fabric ducting system that fits the gym’s clean architecture, supports performance, and stays visually discreet. 

Ventilation designed to match the space

To preserve the minimalist look of the gym’s interior, we designed black fabric diffusers suspended on a single Komaxit-coated aluminium rail. This solution blends seamlessly with the lighting system and keeps the ceiling lines clear and uninterrupted.

Each diffuser is internally reinforced with plastic rings that maintain a consistent cylindrical shape — even when the system is not in operation.

Precision airflow, tailored for movement

Behind the calm visual impression is a high-performance air distribution system designed for active, high-traffic spaces. Across 1,500 m², airflow is delivered evenly and gently – without cold drafts or overheated zones.

Performance highlights:
• Air volume: 16,820 m³/h at 100 Pa
• Diffusion via microperforation patterns at 90° and 270°
• Uniform indoor climate with low air velocity and maximum comfort

This ensures stable thermal conditions across all workout zones, supporting not only comfort, but also endurance and focus.
