1. Products for special use

1.1. Fabric Tiles SquAireTex

Whole diffusers, with the exception of the aluminium frame, are made of NMS fabric. The upper part for connection to the air supply may be manufactured insulated by non-woven fabric The sewn-in perforated interlayer guarantees even distribution of the air flow. Thanks to the very low weight, the installation consists only of insertion to the grid of the false ceiling. Fixation to the ceiling is not necessary. The upper and bottom part are connected by a zipper; the bottom part is attached to the frame by Velcro fasteners. This allows easy disassembly and the parts then can be perfectly cleaned by washing. Diffusers can be supplied in any of the 9 colors or their combinations (different color of channeling pockets and of the basic fabric), or in special colors. Upon request we can manufacture any dimension. We distinguish 3 basic types based on the achieved air flow.

1.2. Membran Diffusers - Diffuser untuk dua mod bekalan udara yang berbeza

Ini menggabungkan dua jenis diffusers menjadi satu. Membran adalah bahan telap bukan ringan dijahit sepanjang panjang duct. Membran dipasang kepada dua motor. 1.3. Tekanan negatif  Fabrik Ducting - Fabrik Fabrik Ducting untuk mengeluarkan udara

{popis}Kami membekalkan sistem ini hanya pada segi empat atau segi tiga keratan rentas. Oleh kerana ketegangan fabrik adalah penting untuk extract udara, ketegangan dinding fabrik dilakukan dengan menggunakan gabungan penggantungan profil, tegangan bolt dan bar benang. Udara dimasukkan ke dalam duct melalui perforation yang boleh diletakkan di atas mana-mana pihak dan mana-mana sahaja di sepanjang duct tersebut. Bagi memastikan kadar ekstrak sama kita boleh melaraskan diameter lubang atau jurang antara perforation progresif di sepanjang duct. Kami menjangkakan duct tekanan negatif kita akan digunakan di mana pembersihan biasa dan / atau menyeluruh diperlukan. Tekanan negatif fabrik Ducting mudah dibuka daripada sistem penggantungan dan unzipped ke dalam bahagian yang lebih kecil yang boleh dicuci. Jika PMI atau NMI bahan digunakan, Fabric Ducting akan mempunyai kedua-dua kalis api dan ciri-ciri antibakteria (impregnated silver).

1.4. Defrost Damper - Lebih cepat dan lebih cekap dalam pencairan

Defrost Damper (DeDa) jatuh pada muka kipas penyejat, menyekat dihadapan penyejuk, ini memberhentikan putaran kipas yang tidak diingini dan mempercepatkan proses pencairan.


 

 

 

 

 

1.5. Insulated Ducting - Penebat haba dan bunyi bising

Digunakan untuk mengurangkan kehilangan haba semasa pemindahan udara dingin ke diffusers. 40mm tebal serat longgar, penebat bahan polyester dijahit di antara dua lapisan bahan Fabric Ducting. Semua jenis  Fabric Ducting sesuai menggunakan Insulated ducting.  Proses pembuatan memampatkan 40mm lapisan penebat longgar kepada 20mm, mengurangkan ketebalan dinding. Maksimum pekali pemindahan haba duct ialah 1.8 W/m2/K. Insulated ducting dibuat  standard  2000mm panjang zip dan bermula dari Ø250mm ke atas. Insulated ducting juga bertindak sebagai penebat bunyi yang baik, menyerap dan mengurangkan getaran bunyi duct, hubungi kami untuk maklumat tertentu.

 

1.6. Double Ducting - Prevention of condensation

{popis}Condensation is mostly prevented by the use of double ducting. The interlayer is maintained in the correct position by a negligible flow of air (about 1 ‰ of the ducting flow). The heat transfer coefficient reaches up to 3.5 W/m2/K.

 

 

1.7. Antistatic Design - Removal of electrical energy build up

{popis}Antistatic design is intended for rooms, where a build up or uncontrolled discharge of static electricity must be avoided.

 

 

 

 

 

 

1.8. Combined half-round section - High flow rate at low diffuser height

{popis}This is a combination of several half-round diffusers sewn together side-by-side. It enables higher air volumes with a relatively small duct height.

2. Solutions for long airflow distance

2.1. Small Nozzles - For directed air patterns and long airflow distance

{popis}Small nozzles allow directed air patterns. Airflow is extended by circa 25 % in comparison to standard perforations and deflection minimized. The small nozzles exist in three diameters 20, 30 and 40 mm and in two variants, industrial and premium.

 

 

 

 

2.2. Big Nozzles - For Maximum airthrow distances

Our big nozzles (larger diameter) allow the longest airthrow distances. Range can exceed 20m depending upon static pressure and temperature difference. Nozzles can be fixed, adjustable or directed. Each of the nozzles has a very similar visual design; the adjustable nozzle may be directed as desired up to ± 45° using four belts which are hidden beneath an aesthetic fabric hem. An adjustable damper is sewn into every nozzle to allow variable flows.

 

3. Products with adjustable parameters

3.1. Panjang Fabrik Duct Boleh laras - Pilihan untuk mengubah panjang duct semasa pemasangan

{popis}Lapan tie belt boleh laras dijahit di sepanjang duct bulat.
Dengan melaraskan (mengetatkan atau melonggarkan) semua lapan tie belt , kita boleh melaraskan secara manual panjang duct untuk disesuaikan dengan keperluan pemasangan.

 

 

 

 

 

 

3.2. Adjustable Bend - sudut Bend boleh diselaraskan semasa pemasangan

{popis}Lapan tie belt boleh laras (sama seperti dalam panjang boleh laras) dijahit di sepanjang duct bulat. Memendekkan belt  tertentu akan bertukar bend  ke arah itu. Sudut bend akhir dicapai dengan melaraskan belt  pada sisi tertentu duct kepada panjang yang sesuai.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

3.3. Adjustable Perforation - Setting airflow

{popis}Our original innovation allows for manual adjustment of the diffuser hole size and airflow. The pictures below describe the operation - actual diffuser sizes and hole patterns are completely variable depending upon the project requirements.  The chosen position is retained using velcro.

 

 

 

 

3.4. Moveable Inlet Adapter - Change of adapter position

{popis}Inlet Spigots on the flat roof of a half-round  or quarter-round diffuser can be specified as moveable, these inlets can be adjusted by as much as 80 mm. The moveable inlet adapter can be helpful in cases where the supply air inlet into the Fabric Duct is slightly out of an agreed position.

 

 

 

 

3.5. Air Diffuser Lantern - Simple configuration and direction of air flow

{popis}Our Lantern diffuser is designed to distribute air at high level, most often from units installed on the roof. It may only be installed in a vertical position. The air is blown horizontally in one to six directions. Vertical sliding strips are used to regulate the flow rate. For more information download brochure,

 

 

 

 

4. Solutions of problems with air flows

4.1. Equalisers - Pengurangan  turbulence bagi pengaliran udara

{popis}Equalisers digunakan pada adapter inlet. Fungsi mereka adalah untuk mengurangkan turbulence  udara dan pergerakan ducting, bagaimanapun penggunaannya perlu dirancang kerana mereka menyebabkan pressure drop.

 

 

 

 

 

4.2. Pockets  - Solution for deflection of flows from perforation

{popis}Fabric pockets are designed to remove the deflection of air leaving from the perforation. The solution is based on interaction of two air flows of similar momentum. Discharge from the last hole in the row is directed at a certain angle using a fabric pocket and balances the air deflection from perforation Leaflet

 

 

 

 

 

4.3. Damper - Equalising tekanan statik dalam duct

{popis}Damper adalah kon pendek diperbuat daripada fabric perforated. Inlet bagi damper  adalah diameter duct biasa manakala outlet  boleh diselaraskan kepada diameter lebih kecil, dengan menggunakan belt  boleh laras. Pembukaan maksimum bagi damper oulet menyebabkan tanpa kehilangan tekanan, manakala menutup sepenuhnya outlet akan menyebabkan kehilangan tekanan yang banyak.  Tetapan damper boleh dilaraskan pada bila-bila dengan membuka zip pada lilitan duct. Dengan memasang damper membolehkan tekanan statik adalah sekata di sepanjang duct. Kami juga menggunakan damper untuk mengawal  aliran melalui Fabrik Nozzle dan spigots  ke bahagian lain sistem.

 

4.4. Diffuser for Intensive Cooling - For cooling with a high temperature difference

{popis}For cooling applications with a ∆t ≥ 6° k we recommend using horizontal air patterns from the Fabric Duct. This can be achieved by placing the micro-perforations in a band on either side of the duct at 90° and 270°. The horizontal airflow pattern must achieve a specific speed in order to prevent premature downward deflection. With sufficient outlet speed (provided by static pressure) it is possible to introduce 1 kW of cooling capacity per 1 m duct length, whilst maintaining a velocity below 0,2 m/s in the occupied zone. The air flow patterns are detailed in the illustrations below, please contact our authorized representatives for specific applications

 

4.5. Anti-deflector - Prevents the deflection of airflow (micro-perforation)

{popis}Anti-deflector prevents the deflection of airflow from fabrics micro-perforated with holes larger than the thickness of the fabric. It is made of a fine mesh and covers the diffuser from inside. Our calculation software recommends its use whenever deflection could occur.

 

 

 

 

 

5. Appearance improvement

5.1. Tensioners - Memperbaiki permukaan fabrik

Tensioners skru digunakan untuk menghilangkan kedutan dan lipatan dalam fabrik. Fleksibiliti fabrik membolehkan ia untuk meregangkan sehingga 0.5%. Oleh itu, diffusers dibuat lebih pendek 0.5% daripada panjang sebenar. Prosedur pemasangan akan disertakan  dalam manual  pemasangan dalami setiap penghantaran.

5.3. Arcs

Digunakan untuk membaiki  bentuk diffusers semasa tanpa udara. Hujung Arcs dimasukkan ke dalam poket dijahit ke dinding Fabric Ducting dalaman, mereka juga mempunyai velco pengancing pusat. Arcs boleh dikeluarkan dengan mudah untuk penyelenggaraan. Kos arcs adalah lebih rendah berbanding tyres / rings.

 

 

 

 

5.4. Tyres/Rings

5.5. Printing - The diffuser surface can be used for advertisement
